By using Emtori, you agree to these terms. Emtori is a concierge service that connects buyers with verified businesses. We are not a retailer and do not guarantee availability, pricing, or fulfillment.
Your requests
You agree to provide accurate information about what you want, where you need it, and how we can reach you. Offers from merchants are temporary and must be accepted before they expire.
Merchant relationships
Purchases, payment, pickup, and delivery are handled directly between you and the merchant unless we state otherwise. Emtori facilitates communication and coordination only.
Acceptable use
Do not use Emtori for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. We may suspend access if we detect misuse.
Service changes
Emtori is offered as a pilot service and may change or be interrupted without notice. We may update these terms; continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
