Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete personal data Emtori holds about you. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Choose one of the following:

  1. Email: Send a message to okan@mailfence.com with the subject "Emtori data deletion request". Include the phone number or email you used with Emtori.
  2. WhatsApp: If you have an active request with us, reply CANCEL to stop processing. To delete stored data entirely, follow up with an email as above.

What we delete

  • Your contact details associated with Emtori requests.
  • Request content, messages, and related operational logs.
  • Links and tokens used to manage your request.

We may retain minimal records if required by law or to resolve disputes, but they will no longer be used to contact or profile you.

Timeline

We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will email you when deletion is finished.

Meta / Facebook app users

If you connected with Emtori through WhatsApp or a Meta platform, this page satisfies Meta's requirement for user data deletion instructions. Use the email method above; we do not require a Facebook login to process deletion.
